Billing & Support Questions

We strive for 100% accuracy for each landed cost calculation. We run hundreds of daily automated tests against our landed cost calculator API to verify data accuracy and performance requirements are met. The data sourced in the calculator comes from a variety of commercial sources and publicly available sources.

The duty rates updates are checked every 15 days for new updates for our supported countries. In most cases, duty rates do not change very often, but our automated collection service continuously scans updates. When updates, our data experts review the data before its published to the API for public usage.
